 Home Made Stamp Cleaner

2TBS Glycerin

8 oz of distilled water ( I use Ro water)

1 teaspoon baby wash  ( I bought Targets brand)

8  oz plastic bottle

Put all items in bottle

Now you have stamp cleaner
